ABOUT COMMUTER ZONE

In this CD, you will find a number of simple meditations to help turn your daily commute into a peaceful journey of self realization, revitalization and relaxation. Drown out the horn blasts, cell phones, the shouting taxi drivers, the irritable fellow commuters and all other distractions of your trip. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and feel yourself let go of daily worries. You are entering the Commuter Zone. Master our instructional meditation sessions, and you will find a newly energized and focused self. We wish you peace on your journey.

This is an easy, step-by-step approach to using your commute time to relax, energize and focus while going in to work, followed by a special meditation to relax and unwind while heading home. We have also included some very simple, three-minute meditations that you can do anywhere. If this is your first attempt at meditation, we recommend that you build up to the whole meditation gradually. In the beginning, if you are able to do the entire meditation in one sitting, that is great! However, you can also hold meditation sessions in short periods of a few minutes and over the days and weeks, build up to longer periods until you are able to do the whole practice.
